With a master's degree in peacemaking and conflict studies, you will be prepared for a variety of long-term careers in mediation and/or conflict resolution. The PACS program is rooted firmly in Christian values and thought, which emphasize justice and right relationships as represented in the ancient and holistic ideal of Shalom. The approach is multidisciplinary, allowing you to understand and practice working with various dynamics of conflict. We also offer multiple peacemaking certificates in the following areas: Mediation, Church Conflict, Workplace Conflict and Restorative Justice.
